Hi, I’m Dr. Fitzpatrick,
Hi, I’m Dr. Fitzpatrick,
I’m a licensed Naturopathic Primary Care Physician in Washington State. For the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of serving families in Snohomish County, building lasting relationships and supporting my community’s health and well-being. Before moving to Washington, I practiced in Central California at a Christian medical center dedicated to caring for low-income families.
My passion lies in working with the whole family, from newborns to adults. I specialize in pediatric care, offering newborn evaluations, infant feeding support, well-child exams, vaccine counseling and administration, acute and sick visits, sports physicals, birth control, and medication management. I also provide care for children with asthma, allergies, eczema, anxiety, depression, gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune conditions, ADHD, and autism.
Beyond pediatrics, I work with both men and women, focusing on women’s health, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, autoimmune conditions, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal health, and preventive care. My approach is rooted in holistic, personalized care, and I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where my patients feel heard and empowered in their health journey.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Chemistry, Biology, and Psychology from San Diego State University before completing my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. I have a deep love for plant medicine, counseling, nutrition, and the spiritual aspects of health and well-being, all of which shape my approach to care.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Scott, our two children, Liam and Charlie Rose, and our dog, Dozer. We live in Snohomish, where we enjoy gardening, preserving food, and making the most of the beautiful Pacific Northwest with our kids.
I would love the opportunity to support you on your health journey. Whether you’re looking for a primary care provider or specialized naturopathic care, I’m here to help you feel your best and achieve lasting wellness. Let’s work together to create a plan that fits your unique needs!

A Holistic Approach
Healing Through Nature
Healing Through
Nature
At Northwest Natural Family Medicine, we believe that true healing begins with reconnecting to nature. Our bodies are designed to work in harmony with the natural world, and when we embrace this connection, we unlock powerful pathways to wellness.
Nature provides us with the tools to heal—nutrient-rich foods, herbal medicines, clean air, and restorative movement. By aligning with these natural rhythms, we can support our body’s innate ability to restore balance, reduce inflammation, and build resilience against disease.
Our holistic approach integrates evidence-based natural therapies, including herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle practices that honor your body’s unique needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic illness, stress, or hormonal imbalances, we guide you toward sustainable, long-term health—rooted in nature’s wisdom.
Experience the power of natural healing. When we nourish our bodies with whole foods, use plant-based medicine, and create space for rest and renewal, we cultivate true vitality—mind, body, and spirit.
